Blue Monarch uses kid and pet safe cleaning solutions on your floors.  We don't leave your carpet wet for days and we don't leave behind a residue that causes rapid re-soiling.  Our goal is to leave your home with your carpets in "like new" condition.  With regular carpet cleaning, you can expect a healthier indoor environment and carpets that look soft and fresh.

Pre-Inspection
Your carpeting will be inspected paying close attention to any special areas of concern.  At this time the cleaning process will be explained.

Pre-Vacuum
Carpets are vacuumed with a HEPA filter vacuum.  This picks up loose soil and other debris.  You can save money by vacuuming ahead of our visit.

Spot Removal
Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots and spills that cannot be removed during the normal cleaning process.

Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
Super hot water (over 200 degrees) is used to flush the carpet of soils and cleaning solutions.  Normal dry times for carpet will be 2 to 6 hours, buy varies depending on conditions.

Carpet Protector
Our high quality protector gives protection against both oil and water based spots and spills.  Protector helps keep carpet clean longer by making vacuuming more efficient.  It also allows you to clean up most spills before they become a permanent stain! Blue Monarch recommends that you have carpet protector reapplied every third cleaning.
