Pre-Inspection
We will inspect the tile to be cleaned and discuss areas of concern.  At this time the invoice and work to be completed will be explained.

Pre-Treatment
A safe, alkaline cleaning solution is applied to the floor.  It quickly penetrates and attacks stubborn grease and soils.  The solution doesn't harm the tile or grout in any way.

Agitation
When necessary the grout lines will be scrubbed to assist the solution applied.

Turbo Power Rinse
The entire surface is pressure rinsed using high pressure water with temperatures reaching 200 degrees.  All water, cleaning solutions, and contaminants are captured and extracted in one process.

Speed Dry
Most floors dry within minutes.  If necessary, we'll use high speed air movers to speed dry your tile floor.
