The Blue Monarch tile and grout cleaning process is designed to keep
your tile and grout looking as good as the day they were installed. We use
cleaning solutions that are very safe for both kids and pets. Our cleaning
process does not harm your tile or grout either. Quite the opposite, it will
help maintain a fresh, clean appearance over a longer period of time.
Pre-Inspection
We will inspect your tile to be cleaned and discuss areas of special concern.
At this time we also will explain our invoice and the work to be completed.
Pre-Treatment
We apply a very safe cleaning solution which quickly penetrates the surface
and attacks stubborn grease and soils. This solution does not harm the tile
or grout in any way.
Agitation
We use a special brush or floor machine to agitate and scrub the grout lines
and tile. Edge cleaning is done at this time.
Turbo Power Rinse
The entire surface is pressure rinsed using super high pressure water with
temperatures reaching 200 degrees. All water, cleaning solutions, and contaminants
are captured and extracted in one process. Our system is completely fluid
controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas.
Speed Dry
If necessary, we'll use high speed air movers to speed dry the surface. Normally
floors are completely dry in 5 to 10 minutes.
Impregnating Sealer Application
Sealers provide maximum natural look protection for grout lines and stone
surfaces. Sealers protect against both oil and water based stains.
Post Inspection
After completing the job we will inspect and re-treat any problem areas.
